How to use it

Use it for garlic, whole spices, or building a paste from scratch — the wide base and rough interior grip ingredients a blender just spins around. Work in a rocking, grinding motion rather than pounding straight down. Rinse and air dry; the stone doesn't need soap, and soap can linger in its porous surface.
