How to use it

Good for stews, grains, or anything you're cooking ahead for the week. The lid seals well enough for the fridge but isn't meant for the freezer — stoneware can crack under expanding ice. Let hot food cool for a few minutes before sealing the lid so it doesn't trap steam.
